When do I need to place my order?
Orders must be placed before the ordering window closes to secure your scheduled delivery. Don’t wait—fuel your week by reserving your favorites early!
What makes The Mighty Plate meals different?
We use only the finest, freshest ingredients, carefully selected for quality and flavor. Every dish is crafted by our chefs with love and care, designed to taste just like a homemade meal.
Are the meals healthy?
Yes! Our well-balanced meal plans are thoughtfully curated to provide the perfect combination of nutrients, flavors, and satisfaction—nourishing both the body and the soul.
How do I place an order?

Do I need to be home for delivery?
We recommend someone being available to receive your meals. If you have special delivery instructions, let us know when placing your order. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.
How often does the menu change?
Our menu rotates monthly, giving you fresh and exciting options while keeping your favorites available.
How do I heat the meals?
Most meals can be enjoyed after about 2 minutes in the microwave. Heating times may vary depending on your appliance, so feel free to contact us with any questions.
What if I have dietary preferences or restrictions?
We strive to include a variety of meals that fit different lifestyles. Please check our MENU descriptions for details on ingredients and dietary accommodations.
POLICIES

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver within a 100-mile radius of Vallejo, CA. A delivery fee applies, but delivery is free when your order meets our minimum threshold. See our delivery page for more details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—orders can be changed or canceled before the order window closes. Once the window has closed, meals are already being prepared and cannot be canceled.
What is your refund policy?
Because our meals are made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds after the order window closes. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not home, your meals will be left at your doorstep. We recommend refrigerating them as soon as possible for freshness.

Welcome to The Mighty Plate! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and meal deliveries. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payment
· All orders must be placed by the posted deadlines:

Thursday at midnight for Sunday delivery

Monday at midnight for Wednesday delivery
· Payments are processed at the time of order.
Cancellations & Refunds
· Orders canceled before the cutoff deadline may be eligible for a refund or credit.
· Orders canceled after the cutoff deadline are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation will already be in progress.
· Refunds will not be issued for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.
Delivery Policy
· We currently deliver to the greater Bay Area and surrounding areas.
· Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Sundays.
· Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their order.
Once meals are delivered, The Mighty Plate is not responsible for spoilage if meals are not promptly refrigerated.
Food Safety & Allergens
· Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed not later than 4 days after, unless frozen.
· Meals should be reheated according to the included instructions.
Our kitchen may handle common allergens (including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, shellfish). While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before consumption.
Services & Fees
· Service fees, packaging fees, or delivery charges may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.
Cancellation fees may apply for late order cancellations.
Limitation of Liability
· The Mighty Plate is not liable for:

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Improper handling of meals after delivery.

Adverse reactions due to allergies or dietary restrictions not disclosed at the time of order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
Intellectual Property
· All content on our website, including images, recipes, and branding, is the property of The Mighty Plate and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law
· These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
· Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Solano County, California.
